Return-policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on:

• Pajamas and loungewear that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Lingerie and undergarments that are unopened & unused and still sealed in original packaging

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns on:

• Worn or washed items
• Lingerie that has been tried on or removed from hygiene seals
• Sale or clearance items marked final sale
• Gift cards or promotional items

• Email us at sales.1gbyutyndivas@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll review your request and send return instructions within 3-5 business days.
• Ship the item(s) back using the courier of your choice. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we will issue a store credit or bank transfer.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
